Important Tips On Common Corporate Gift Items & Premiums:
Non woven bag / Eco friendly bag (Ranging from 70gsm to 120gsm)
The minimum acceptable grammage for non woven bags is 70gsm — anything below this grammage will be too thin and not practical for use.
Because you will not want the bag with your logo / branding on it to tear apart or give way when someone is carrying it in public.
If you wish to uphold your image and impress your recipients with quality, go for 120gsm.
Types of printing methods for non woven bag
- Silkscreen print is recommended for 1 to 3 colors logo prints on the bag as it is the most common and cost effective printing method.
- Heat Transfer prints are for logos with multiple colors or logos with gradient colors. The printing cost will be based on the size of the print.
- Full Lamination will be required should you need the whole bag area to be printed. Non woven bags with lamination will have the most premium look and feel compared to the 2 types of prints above. Even if your logo has only 3 or less colors to print, you can still opt for full lamination. Full lamination non woven bags will also have an additional waterproof effect as the whole bag is laminated with a layer of plastic. Full lamination bags will be the most costly and requires a MOQ of 3,000 to 5,000 for production.
*Non woven bag can be produced according to your desired color with a MOQ of 5k and above.
